A good week with Laurent Tourondel, Jean-Louis Dumonet from The Union Club and Alexander Williamson from The Lion working on their dishes for the upcoming book "Crossing Borders".
I spent 2 days photographing the 24th Annual US Pastry Competition sponsored by Paris Goumet. during which I was constantly amazed at what these chefs were able to do with sugar and chocolate. I also consumed an incredible amount of sugar.......and chocolate......and gelato......and cake......
