Originally from Long Island, New York, Chris worked as a busboy and attended Westbury Vocational School for the Culinary Arts throughout high school. After graduation, Chris furthered his culinary career at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island, where he graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Culinary Arts.

Andrew Carmellini

Andrew Carmellini began his cooking career at age 14 in his hometown of Seven Hills, Ohio. He attended culinary school at the Culinary Institute of America, and began cooking professionally in Italian restaurants such as San Domenico in New York City and Valentino Mercatile’s two-star Michelin restaurant San Domenico in Emilia–Romagna, Italy.
