Spice Market’s Executive Chef Anthony Ricco says that he doesn’t have a story about this tattoo, he just liked the design.
But when he went to get a new tattoo on his leg, the outline alone hurt so much that he never went back to have it finished. And he says he never will.

Battman
Alan Batt, better known in the culinary world as simply Battman, began his career as a photographer in 1981 shooting photos of city scenes and landmark sites of New York City. He began taking food photography in 2001, and has since become one of New York City's most recognizable culinary personalities. Battman is often seen riding his bicycle up and down the streets of Manhattan as he travels to and from photo shoots and meetings with the chefs.
