Eric was born in Utah County, a beautiful suburb surrounded by mountains that sits about 40 minutes south of Salt Lake City. As a child, Eric was a picky eater and only picked off the hamburger patty on his burger. He has since overcome that to have a love for food of all kinds—he’ll try just about anything, but prefers Italian food.
Eric’s first writing job was winning a 3rd place notebook at his high school poetry contest. The second week he took home the 50 dollar first prize.
In December of 2016, Eric graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in English Teaching as well as a Minor in communications.
