A Corporate Catering Company is looking for a Line Cook and Prep Cook.

Typical job duties will include – but are not limited to:

Review production schedule to determine food requirements, including quantity of food for preparation and assemble supplies and equipment needed for daily cooking activities
Knowledgeable in cooking procedures and kitchen equipment
Knowledge of safety rules for kitchen equipment
Knowledge of where and how everything is stored
Completes production sheets and other records as required
Maintains clean work area, utensils and equipment
Food production steps such as frying, cold cookery, sautéing, grilling, roasting, and baking
Ensuring minimal product shrink and coordinating secondary usage of product with other departments
Validating recipe adherence according to standards
Abilities required:

Kitchen staff may be exposed to various temperature changes and work environments. Work includes walking, standing, lifting and carrying of product weighing up to 50 pounds, and the safe operation of all prepared foods equipment, along with frequent interaction with customers, associates, and vendors.
