Chef Ralph Scamardella recently gave our own Cristina Cote a hands-on demonstration of how simple Asian cuisine can be, and even better how good it tastes. He talks about his experiences in the kitchen, how his cooking is influenced by a deep love of Asian culture, and the irony of how a Brooklyn born chef became known for his Asian style cuisine. Ralph is the Corporate Chef for the Tao Group.
