After owning his own Michelin Star restaurant, Telepan, Bill Telepan is now the Executive Chef at Oceana in New York City. Going from 6 people in the kitchen to 25 was quite a jump, but Bill has it running like a clock. In addition, Bill heads up Wellness in The Schools, a nonprofit organization which helps to feed kids and teaches them to lead healthy lives. Interviewed by Cristina Cote.
