The Great Bagel & Lox Book

The Great Bagel & Lox Book was my first. I worked with 80 Chefs and asked them to make their interpretation of a Bagel & Lox. It didn’t have to be a sandwich but had to contain smoked salmon and some kind of bread. From Lox Soup with Bagel Croutons to Smoked Salmon Custard with a spoon made from a Bagel, this was and still is the most imaginative and creative collection I’ve done.
