What do Nobu, Daniel Boulud, Jean-Georges, Andrew Carmellini, Laurent Tourondel and Emeril have in common? Besides a passion for creating delicious food, these chefs and over 90 others don’t do sandwiches. Well, I got them to do it for my Sandwich Project. From a Korean sandwich wrapped in lettuce to a Guatemalan influenced sandwich using popcorn, to a the fanciest Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich you’ve ever seen, you will definitely be amazed. There is even a sandwich named after ‘The Earl of Sandwich” (a noble title in the Peerage of England).
