In 2013 Pastry Chef Antonio Bachour brought out his first cookbook. It set a new standard for desserts. His colors, flavors and plating changed the traditional thinking for desserts. I’ve worked on 5 books with him since and he is considered one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in the world.
