Vegetarian Tasting Dinner Series

Michelin-starred chef Samuel Clonts of The Bar at Uchū will be presenting a Vegetarian Tasting Dinner Series series from August 20th to the 24th.
Chef Clonts’ kaiseki-style vegetarian tasting menu will change daily and will incorporate seasonal ingredients and produce from the restaurant’s rooftop garden, offering Japanese-inspired dishes each night such as Grilled Summer Corn and Australian Black Truffle Temaki, Heart of Palm Katsu Curry, and Matsutake Sando. The menu will include eggs. The beverage program developed by bar manager, Frank Cisneros, features rare whiskeys and artisanal cocktails, intended to pair with the fresh, umami flavors of Chef Clonts’ menu.
The tasting will be served at The Bar at Uchū’s intimate 8-seat counter for $255 per person (excluding beverages, tax and gratuity), with seatings at 6:15pm and 9:15pm each evening.
