Third Annual Harlem EatUp!

The Third Annual Harlem EatUp!, a four-day festival celebrating the food, culture, and spirit of Harlem, returns on May 18th to the 21st with more than 60 chefs and restaurants. Harlem EatUp! will again host a variety of events featuring notable Harlem-based and national talent – from the culinary, fine and musical arts. This festival will represent the renewed spirit of Harlem while paying homage to its roots.
Participating chefs include Michael Anthony, Brenda Beener, Daniel Boulud, Leah Cohen, Dominique Crenn, Norma Jean Darden, Carla Hall, JJ Johnson, Juliet and Justine Masters, Marcus Samuelsson, Dale Talde, Bill Telepan, Pierre Thiam, Michael White, Melba Wilson, just to name a few.
• Dine In Harlem – Harlem restaurants pair up with acclaimed chefs from across the country to collaborate on multi-course menus showcasing the unique feel of Harlem’s culinary landscape. May 16-19.
• The Ultimate Grand Tasting – A feast of a tasting presenting a collection of Harlem’s favorite restaurants accompanied by an assortment of fine wines, beers and cocktails, in an all-you-can-eat format. May 20-21, 12:30pm-5:30pm daily. Tickets: $85.
• Harlem Stroll Marketplace – Two days of fun in Morningside Park featuring a pay-as-you-go selection of good eats from notable Harlem restaurants and food vendors at the Marketplace, a wine and beer garden, Kids’ Zone, and cooking demos and performances on The EatUp! Main Stage. May 20-21, 12:30pm-5:30pm daily. Free Admission.
Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit two nonprofits that serve the community, City Meals on Wheels and Harlem Park to Park.
