Taste of Buffalo
July 13 - July 14
Taste of Buffalo, the largest two-day food festival in the United States, showcases the best of the Buffalo Niagara region’s culinary talents. Celebrating its 36th year, the 2019 Taste of Buffalo is bigger than ever with over 55 restaurants and food trucks, six local wineries, and five beer tents.
As always, admission to the Taste is free. Menu items from restaurants and food trucks will remain between one and five tickets ($1 and $5). Food and beverage tickets will be sold in $5 sheets at three ticket tents located throughout the festival. Plus, many of the sponsors will offer free food samples or other giveaways.
There will be live music on two stages, a Culinary Stage to watch cooking demos and competitions with local chefs, a KidZone with plenty of hands-on activities, and more.
• Saturday, July 13, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Sunday, July 14, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Taste of Buffalo takes place in the heart of Downtown Buffalo along Delaware Avenue starting at Johnson Park and throughout Niagara Square.
The Taste is a not-for-profit organization with more than 1,000 volunteers helping to put on the annual event. To date, more than $500,000 has been raised at the festival for local charities in addition to five $1,000 scholarships awarded annually to local high school seniors pursuing a culinary or hospitality-related degree.
