Spring Spirits: The Wonders of Peruvian Pisco

For the Museum of Food and Drink’s second to last Spring Spirits event: The Wonders of Peruvian Pisco, Diego Loret de Mola of Pisco BarSol USA will uncover the fascinating history and production of the oldest distilled spirit in the Americas: pisco.

Sip a pisco cocktail as you learn about Peruvian pisco, historic pisco recipes, and the close relationship between wine and pisco. Afterwards, you’ll be able to sample six varieties of the grappa-like drink and taste some Peruvian bites from Mission Ceviche and Pollo D’Oro.

Doors open at 6 pm. Program begins promptly at 6:30. For guests 21 and over. This program is co-presented by with the Trade Commission of Peru in New York.
