Eighth Edition Identità Golose New York

Identità Golose New York, the acclaimed International Chef’s Forum, returns for its eighth U.S. edition, October 10th through the 12th at Eataly’s Flatiron location. Chefs Massimo Bottura, Ana Roš, Eric Ripert, and more will lead the 2017 events.
Identità New York will host Eataly’s one-night only Dine Around, a progressive dinner that showcases dishes from six world famous chefs during a culinary tour that moves from restaurant to restaurant within Eataly, where each chef will prepare a special course paired with wine. The event also pairs three of Italy’s most notable chefs with three other celebrated culinary personalities for a series of seminars.
Tuesday, October 10th
1pm-2:30pm / Seminar with Ana Roš and Caterina Ceraudo
6pm-7:30pm / Seminar with Roberto Cerea and Virgilio Martinez
Thursday, October 12th
1pm-2:30pm / Seminar with Massimo Bottura and Eric Ripert
Wednesday, October 11th
Dine Around dinner with chefs: Alex Atala, Massimo Bottura, Matthew Kenney, Fortunato Nicotra, Franco Pepe and Niko Romito.
Each seminar is $150 per person, The six-course Dine Around dinner is $200 per person.
