Calling all smart cookies. Cherry Bombe University is in session October 26th-28th!
We’re taking you back to school for a weekend of hands-on classes taught by the best professors around. Each class has fewer than 30 seats, so you’ll get plenty of face time with industry insiders and experts on everything from recipe testing to writing a business plan to getting a cookbook deal.
The setting is the very special Food and Finance High School Food Education Fund, New York City’s only public high school focused on the culinary arts.
Kick off the weekend Friday night with a keynote talk with Professor Christina Tosi! Join us as we present the Milk Bar founder and Chef’s Table star with an honorary doctorate from Cherry Bombe University, and hear about her incredible life and career.
On Saturday, you’ll have the chance to hone your skills with advice from the best chefs, makers, and bakers. Learn how to run a zero-waste kitchen, turn your groceries into beauty products, sip coffee like a pro, and more.
On Sunday, it’s all about the money, honey. We’ll be talking all things business, from how to raise funds to how to do your own PR. If you’re trying to turn your side hustle into your full-time job, looking to take your business to the next level, or considering a career switch, you’ll leave with tools, fresh ideas, and connections.
