Chefs & Shorts, hosted by Long Beach International Film Festival on Thursday, August 1st, will feature a five course locally-sourced dinner and wine experience with each course inspired by short films and prepared by highly esteemed chefs. The event will be held in the beautiful Allegria Hotel Ballroom from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
• FIRST COURSE
CHEF: Seadon Shouse, Halifax at W Hoboken
SERVING: Warm Seafood Salad – smoked mussels, smoked trout, lobster, local greens, nduja coral cream, seaweed toast, crispy sunchokes.
