Cakes and Cocktails: Intro to Fondant Techniques

As per Davio’s Manhattan, organizer of Cakes and Cocktails: An Introduction to Fondant Techniques with Pastry Chef Luis Rojas.

This spring, gather the squad for a cake decorating workshop led by Davio’s Pastry Chef, Luis Rojas. On Saturday, May 20th 2017, from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, guests are invited to participate in one-of-a-kind, hands on workshop, complete with a selection of seasonal bites and cocktails!

Join Chef Rojas as he leads a decorating demonstration, teaching guests how to decorate their personalized cake using fondant techniques with ribbons, bowties, cut outs, and molds. Upon registration, each guest will be able to pre-select a cake of their choice, choosing from Red Velvet, Devil’s Food or Vanilla Pound Cake with Chocolate Mousse, Buttercream or Vanilla filling.

The cake decorating workshop is $95 per guest (excluding tax) price includes (choice of two) house wine/ beer options or selection of signature spring cocktails. To register, please call 212-661-4810 or email lauren@davios.com to secure your seat!
