The Bounty of Scotland at Restaurant Daniel

Celebrate the bounty of Scotland at Restaurant Daniel’s annual Wild Scottish Grouse pairing dinner on Thursday, August 31st at 6:30pm.

Prized for its deep flavor and rich red meat, grouse ranks among Scotland’s most elusive wild game. The start of the season is celebrated with the “Glorious Twelfth” (August 12th) and lasts only until September.

The evenings celebration of this time-honored tradition will begin with cocktails at 6:30pm followed by a four-course menu by Executive Chef Jean-Francois Bruel at 7:00pm. The co-host for the evening will be Markus Draxler of Solex Fine Foods. All dishes will also be accompanied by wine pairings curated by Head Sommelier Raj Vaidya.
