Behind the Ingredients

Together with Bean Voyage and Burlap & Barrel, Emma’s Torch invites you to Behind the Ingredients, a dinner spotlighting coffee & spice on Wednesday, August 15 at 6 pm. Join them for an evening to come together and celebrate the resilience and hard work of the creators of our favorite foods – from the farm to the kitchen – while supporting three initiatives working to ensure greater agency for them.
Alex Harris (Culinary Director of Emma’s Torch) and Ethan Frisch (Founder & Owner of Burlap, and Barrel) will be the chefs for the dinner making a special menu around Bean Voyage’s women-powered coffee and Burlap & Barrel’s directly-traded spices.
Enjoy seasonal-global cuisine like black-eyed pea hummus and ale braised beef brisket, and know that your dollars are going to a cause-driven establishment. Tickets are $55 per person.
