Join American Museum of Natural History Curator Emeritus Ian Tattersall and Curator Rob DeSalle, authors of A Natural History of Beer, as they weave together findings from their respective fields of paleoanthropology and molecular biology in an exciting journey through the world of beer.

Take part in tastings and join this grand tour of the science and history of this popular beverage, covering a diverse range of topics including animal behavior, ecology, archaeology, chemistry, sociology, law, genetics, physiology, neurobiology, and more.

A book signing with Tattersall and DeSalle follows the talk.

Tickets are $15 for museum members and $20 for non-members.
