7th Annual NYC Vegetarian Food Festival

Back for the 7th year, the NYC Vegetarian Food Festival, the region’s biggest expo of fully vegetarian vendors returns to the Metropolitan Pavilion on May 20th-21st. The two-day festival features tastings from the city’s top vegetarian restaurants and food companies, cooking demonstrations, guest speakers, health and wellness vendors, information tables, live entertainment and kids activities throughout the weekend.
This year, there will be more than 120 vendors on hand, including Cedar’s Mediterranean Foods, fresh & co., Holi Aioli, Kelly’s Croutons, Kitchen 36, Macro Vegetarian, Marty’s V Burger, Momspops, MoPweeze Bakery, Rescue Chocolate, Rhythm Superfoods, Rule Breaker Snacks, Sweet Maresa’s and many more.
The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday. A one-day pass is $30, and a two-day pass is $50 for tickets purchased online. Children ages 10 and under will be admitted for free. At the door, a one-day pass is $40, and a two-day pass is $60. Based on venue capacity, reduced $5 end-of-day tickets will be available starting at 3:30pm each day for those interested in checking out some of the exhibitors before the festival ends.
This year, all profits from the U.S. Veg Corp raffle will be donated to The Humane League, an international farmed animal protection organization.
