4th Annual Pour The Core: Brooklyn

Now in its 4th year, Pour The Core: Brooklyn, the hard cider festival that showcases the finest locally-produced and internationally-sourced ciders, returns to the Brooklyn Expo Center on Saturday, June 9th. The event will feature more than 75 styles produced by over 40 different cider makers including local favorites like Big Apple Hard Cider and Original Sin; best-selling US brands like Woodchuck Hard Cider and Angry Orchard; and a variety of imported ciders and perries from Spain, England and elsewhere.
Each attendee receives a 5-ounce souvenir tasting glass with a 2-ounce pour line for unlimited sampling.
The Cider Donut Eating Contest is back this year along with free seminars about cider, the making of cider and the enjoyment of cider. If you’re hungry for more…some of Brooklyn’s best food trucks will be there with with food available for purchase. Pour The Core: Brooklyn will also help raise funds for KiDS NEED MoRE, a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of children, families & young adults coping with cancer and life-threatening illness.
Tickets are $60 + tax/fees each when purchased online in advance. Admission includes one extra hour of tasting from 1:30pm – 2:30pm, a 5 oz. glass souvenir tasting cup to use for unlimited samples from any exhibitor, VIP released cider and VIP seating. If tickets are still available, they can be purchased at the door on event day for $75.

General Admission DD tickets are $12 + tax/fees. VIP DD tickets are $15 + tax/fees and includes an extra hour in the event beginning at 1:30pm and access to VIP seating. DDs do not receive a tasting cup but will receive bottled water.
