30th Anniversary C-CAP Benefit

Join the 30th Anniversary C-CAP Benefit, honoring founder Richard Grausman and pastry chef Sarabeth Levine, on Tuesday, February 25th at Pier Sixty. Guests will enjoy a grand walk-around tasting of culinary creations from over 40 of the finest chefs from the city’s best-known restaurants who will be assisted by talented C-CAP students and alumni, while sipping superb wines and cocktails. The evening will also feature a live and silent auction with once-in-a-lifetime culinary, culture, and travel packages.
Participation chefs include Lidia Bastianich of Felidia, Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin, Deborah Racicot of Locanda Verde, Marcus Samuelsson of Red Rooster, Miroslav Uskokovic of Gramercy Tavern, and Jonathan Waxman of Jams…just to name a few.
The event will raise funds to support Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP), a national non-profit that provides underserved high school students with education and career opportunities through the culinary arts. Your support is instrumental to transform lives of C-CAP students.
