2nd Annual Seaport Food Lab

Seaport Food Lab, the exclusive downtown pop-up dining event, is back for its second year at Seaport District NYC. This year, the lineup features 8 female chefs, 6 unique culinary experiences in 1-week residencies. The dinner party format includes a multi-course meal in an intimate setting, where guests will have the opportunity to interact with the chefs.

September 19 – September 23 / Angie Mar of The Beatrice Inn in NYC
September 26 – September 30 / Erica Nakamura and Jocelyn Guest, formerly of White Gold Butchers in NYC
October 3 – October 7 / Rosio Sanchez of Hija de Sanchez in Copenhagen
October 10 – October 14 / Camille Cogswell and Caitlin Mcmillan both of the CookNSolo restaurant group in Philadelphia
October 17 – October 21 / Ashley Christensen of Death & Taxes, Poole’s and more in North Carolina
Tickets cost $115 per dinner, inclusive of tax and tip. Alcoholic beverages are not included and will be available for purchase. The Seaport Food Lab is located at 203 Front Street and doors open for dinner at 7PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
