2nd Annual Fête de la Musique
June 21 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
For the last 36 years in France, the 21st of June is not just the longest day of the year but also the day of the fête de la musique. Today, the “festival of music” is celebrated annually in 540 cities worldwide.
In NYC, you can celebrate the day at a Parisian-style street festival when Fête de la Musique returns to the The Pierre Hotel’s Perrine Restaurant for an evening of music, food and rosé. For the food, guest will enjoy a festive selection of street food inspired by Paris’ La Marais district. The musical acts will range from Gypsy Guitar Trio to New Orleans-Style Jazz to DJ House Music. To top it off, enjoy endless Côtes de Provence Rosé by Miraval on Perrine’s Rosé Terrace overlooking Central Park.
The Fête menu will feature:
• Seafood Marketplace: Raw bar with East Coast clams, oysters and assorted tartare
• Artisinal Sampler: Specially-cured meats and pates, cheeses and homemade breads
• Signature Sweets by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Michael Mignano: Petit Desserts & Perrine Pops
• Golden Apple Beignets
• Housemade limonades
• Cocktails by Grey Goose
The Fête de la Musique will take place rain or shine. Tickets are $85 per person.
