Michael Mignano is the Executive Pastry Chef at The Pierre Hotel, and co-Author of The Pastry Chefs Little Black Book.  “In the 90s, I used to tag ‘AM’ and ‘ZIF’ on subways, walls, wherever there was space. It was illegal, but it was a big part of hip hop culture in Queens at the time.”
