Everyone has a dark side but Ray has a front and back and arms and chest and legs too, I think.
Ray Russo is the Head Gelato Chef at Ferrara Bakery & Café. He doesn’t love demons as much as he just loves the artwork. Ray has been getting tattoos for 10 years, all done exclusively by Benny at Inkspirations in Williamsburg. After his body is covered completely he wants Benny to sign it.

Battman
Alan Batt, better known in the culinary world as simply Battman, began his career as a photographer in 1981 shooting photos of city scenes and landmark sites of New York City. He began taking food photography in 2001, and has since become one of New York City's most recognizable culinary personalities. Battman is often seen riding his bicycle up and down the streets of Manhattan as he travels to and from photo shoots and meetings with the chefs.
