September 10, 2014“My tattoos are kind of based on crossroads in my life. Right arm is based on the tree of life, left arm is night and day. The back reflects my Celtic heritage. The leg, which is still in the works, is based on water which represents the fluid life I’ve lived. I’m working on a waist-to ankle-sleeve for my leg.”
Nate Anderson is the sous chef at Stout’s Island Lodge in Birchwood, Wisconsin. He’ll be replacing the chef at the end of the season.
