Jordan Harris is the Chef de Cuisine of Yunnan Kitchen in NYC. He likes his tats simple and to the point. On his right arm is a variation on I-Ching. On his left is the fleur-de-lis of Louisville, Kentucky where he’s from.

Alan Batt, better known in the culinary world as simply Battman, began his career as a photographer in 1981 shooting photos of city scenes and landmark sites of New York City. He began taking food photography in 2001, and has since become one of New York City's most recognizable culinary personalities. Battman is often seen riding his bicycle up and down the streets of Manhattan as he travels to and from photo shoots and meetings with the chefs.
