Joel is the Exec Chef at Il Buco.
Chef Joel Hough’s tattoo on his right arm is his version of his family tree.
He has his daughter’s birth flowers and two kinds of cross’s symbolizing his wife’s and his own religion. The tattoo took about 3 sessions and a total of 6 hours. His wife and daughters love the piece. He has plans to maybe continue the piece on his chest. The artist that did this piece is a close friend of his that he meet through another chef he worked with.
