I flew out to Las Vegas to photograph all the food at Burke in the Box. Got there Sunday morning and left on Monday. The kitchen staff was terrific. Working with Britney, David’s special projects person saved me a couple of times with the plating. The guys that David is sitting with are from Scotland. If I’m not mistaken they recognized David from Top Chef Masters, not the kind of guys you’d expect to be watching that kind of show.
Spent the night at the Wynn Hotel. Potato chips in the room were $9.00 ($1.00 in the deli New York). Check out the amazing flowers in the lobby. There are changed every 4 days.
