Pastry Chef James Distefano’s Tribute Tattoo

JAMES DISTEFANO tattoo

“It’s a tribute tattoo to my parents, who both passed away, their parents and a brother, who passed away before I was born. There are seven flowers. Each flower is representative of their birth month: my mom’s in December, my dad’s in March, my mom’s father in July, my brother’s in January, my mom’s mom in May, my grandmother’s in October, and my grandfather’s in April. And the colors of the vase are my mom and dad’s birth stone colors. John Sultana at Saved Tattoo in Williamsburg did it.”
