Cooking Demo: An Ode to the Alliums

Celebrate the diversity of the onion family and sample some of their edible members (such as ramps, garlic, chives and leeks) in seasonal dishes prepared by a chef from Great Performances. Afterwards, take a garden walk with Horticultural Interpreter Charles Day to observe flowering alliums in the gardens.
