Here are the final choices from the judges, so congratulations to the winners and runners-up! It was a difficult task because there were so many wonderful dishes. We do apologize for the delay in announcing the final results, as this was our first contest and the response was far greater than we expected. Many of the recipes will be posted once they are edited, and we will contact those listed below to arrange for the delivery of their prizes. Thank you to everyone who participated!

The top 10 runners-up in each category will receive 2.2 pounds of  chocolate from Valrhona and have their recipes posted on our site where they will be seen by foodies & chefs alike. We’ll also be tweeting, pinning, & posting some of our favorites.

And now for the serious stuff.  To be eligible for all the prestige and prizes, your contest entry must include: 

  • all ingredients and easy-to-follow directions
  • name (make it fun!) and photo (make it good!) of the finished dish
  • whether you’re a professional chef and, if so, any restaurant affiliation
  • your contact information, including full name, address, phone number, & email address

More fine print:

  • chefs and home cooks are both welcome to participate, and one winner will be chosen from each category
  • feel free to share your entry using hashtag #ShowUsYourChocolate
  • only one entry per person permitted
  • recipes from other sources will not be accepted and we will not be held responsible for them
